RETURN ITEMS

You can return any non-compliant items to your order.

Items returned are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your package.

Errors in delivery

The consumer must make a complaint to BUSINESS IMPORT on the day of the delivery or at the latest on the first working day following the delivery, any claim of error of delivery and / or non-conformity of products in kind or quality compared to The information on the order form.

Any claim made after this deadline will be rejected.

In the event of an error in delivery or exchange, any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned to BUSINESS IMPORT as a whole and in its original packaging.

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to the Customer Service of BUSINESS IMPORT.

Mailing costs are the responsibility of BUSINESS IMPORT, except where it proves that the product is not included in the original declaration made by the consumer in the right of return.
